Every piece is verified before it lists. The baseline is an in-house visual and provenance check by Juunam staff — and if a piece can't be verified, it doesn't list. We don't lower the bar. In the near future, sellers will be able to add per-piece third-party verification through Entrupy: seller-opt-in, piece by piece, never brand-gated. When a piece carries an Entrupy certificate, you'll see it noted alongside this seal.
14 days from delivery to change your mind.

If a piece doesn't earn its place in your life, return it within 14 days — unworn, original tags, original condition — for a full refund. The window opens the moment the carrier confirms delivery. Juunam covers return shipping within the EU; elsewhere we send a prepaid label. One carve-out: if you collect the piece in person — at our POS or a boutique handover — the 14-day window closes at the moment of handover. In-person sales are final.

A parcel that never arrives is the most common complaint on every resale platform, and on most of them it quietly becomes your problem. Here it stays ours. The 14-day window opens only when the carrier confirms delivery, so if delivery is never confirmed the clock never starts and the order is never complete. Tell us it hasn't arrived and we open a carrier trace the same working day — you never chase the carrier yourself. If the parcel cannot be produced within 14 days of that trace opening, we refund the full amount, the shipping included, to the card you paid with. Because every piece here is one of one, there is nothing to re-send: a lost piece is always a refund, never a replacement. Two things to know. If tracking shows the parcel delivered and you did not receive it, we still investigate, but that is where a claim is hardest to win — so give an address you can actually receive at. And a piece collected in person never enters this clause; it is yours from the handshake.

If something is off about an order, you contact Juunam — never the original seller. We handle the seller-facing resolution from there. You never argue with the person who owned the piece before you; the only voice you deal with is ours.

You pay once, at checkout, through Revolut — your card details never touch our servers. If the piece isn’t right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and the full amount goes back to the card you paid with. If a return or a dispute is open, nothing is final until it’s resolved — so the money only settles once you’re settled. The piece then takes its place in your Juunam vault, a private archive of what you own.
