Refund & shipping policy

Shipping. In-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. Pieces sourced on request are dispatched once we have them in hand. Tracking information is provided once dispatched. We ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs €4.95 within the Netherlands (free from €150), €9.95 across the rest of Europe (free from €300) and €24.95 elsewhere. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for online purchases. Items must be returned in original condition, including tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Juunam covers return shipping within the EU; for other destinations we send a prepaid label — returns are free to you.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

In-person purchases (pop-ups, retail events) are final — no returns or refunds.
